These terms apply to the Arthouse app for iPhone (“the app”) and this website. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. The app is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard License Agreement (EULA). These terms add to it, and if the two conflict, the EULA wins.

Using Arthouse

You may use Arthouse for personal and commercial projects. Don’t use it to break the law or to infringe anyone else’s rights, and don’t try to copy, reverse engineer or resell the app itself.

Your content

Your photos and edits belong to you. We don’t claim any rights to them, and we never see them: editing happens on your device. You are responsible for having the rights to the photos you edit and for what you publish.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some features may require a subscription or an in-app purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in the Settings app, under your name > Subscriptions. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Our content

The app, including its design, filters and looks, belongs to us. Fonts included in the app are used under their own open licenses (SIL Open Font License and Apache License 2.0), which ship with the app.

No warranty

Arthouse is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can’t promise it will be free of bugs or always available. Keep copies of photos that matter to you.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Arthouse. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in its courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top when we do, and continuing to use Arthouse after an update means you accept the new terms.
